Food log post for Saturday, February 07, 2009:
Breakfast- toasted sourdough english muffin with swiss cheese and raspberry jam
Lunch- soyjoy raisin almond bar, english breakfast tea
Snack- 6" veggie delight sub on honey oat from subway with provolone, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and everything but tomatoes and jalopeno peppers
Dinner- hot chocolate; half of a three cheese omelette, hash browns, and wheat toast from Bob Evans
Snack- 5 timbits and a small cafe mocha from Timmy Ho's
