Breakfast- 2 pumpkin walnut muffins
Lunch- peppered turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with mustard and swiss cheese, handful of smoked almonds, banana
Snack- 2 gingerbread cookies
Dinner- tuna salad pita (tuna, hummus, romaine, green pepper, whole grain pita), apple
Snack- 5 timbits and a small hot chocolate from Timmy Ho's
