I'm skipping Sunday's eats. I was not feeling well and honestly did not consume a lot of solids. That's probably more than you want to know!
Food log for Monday, February 09, 2009:
Breakfast- apple fritter
Lunch- apple, hummus with whole grain pita, green pepper
Snack- mini pizza (size of my palm, really), 1/4 c Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax cereal with skim milk and brown sugar
Dinner- vegetarian chili
Snack- zone perfect orange cranberry bar (nasty), hot chocolate
Food log for Tuesday, February 10, 2009:
Breakfast- 2 raisin bran muffins
Lunch- vegetarian chili
Snack- soyjoy mango coconut bar
Lunch- peppered turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with mustard and swiss cheese, pear
Snack- 5 timbits and a small cafe mocha from Timmy Ho's
