Food log for Monday, January 19, 2009:

Breakfast- Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal with honey, ground flax seed, Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax cereal

Lunch- Fried egg with colby jack cheese, romaine lettuce, miracle whip (all on a sourdough muffin), glass of cranberry juice, multivitamin

Snack- Flat Earth baked veggie crisps (garlic and herb field)

Dinner- Baked tilapia with carrots, celery, onion, zucchini

Snack- hot chocolate



My initial hope of actually posting pictures is starting to become further and further from reach. Sigh.

Back to work in 7 hours!
