Just wasn't feelin' good today. Maybe I'll be back on track tomorrow.


Food log for Wednesday, January 21, 2009:

Breakfast- Toasted sourdough english muffin with earth balance and raspberry jam

Lunch- Flat Earth baked veggie crisps (garlic and herb field), banana, peanut butter (krema) and raspberry jam on whole grain

Dinner- stuffed cabbage, glass of cranberry juice, multivitamin

Snack- hot chocolate (haha)
