Food log for Wednesday, January 28, 2009:
Breakfast- Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal with brown sugar and ground flax seed, hot chocolate
Snack- apple Soyjoy bar
Lunch- chicken pasta skillet, salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner- grilled (muenster) cheese on whole wheat, cheddar potato soup with bacon :(
Snack- earl grey tea
