Monday: spaghetti, stuffed zucchini
Tuesday: tuna salad pita (tuna, hummus, romaine, green pepper, whole grain pita), apple
Wednesday: pumpkin waffles with maple syrup, banana
Thursday: left-over spaghetti
Friday: pita with hummus, avocado, romaine, green pepper; sweet potato fries
Saturday: eating out
Sunday: macaroni and cheese, boiled cabbage
